Individual wellbeing is the new philosophical principle that led us to the project of the WELLNESS CENTRE. A new idea of vacation, focused on the goals of pampering oneself and of taking care of one’s body and soul, setting aside the daily tasks that cause tiredness and tensions.
To reach a renewed wellbeing we offer thermal treatments, water energy, and massages that will dissolve any tensions you might have, and a gym where to recover energy and endorphins, improving your mood and physical shape.
A very effective way to fight stress and tiredness is to indulge oneself with a good session in a hot tub. Pressure and temperature are paramount elements for this service, offered by most wellbeing centres.
Benefits are plenty: aesthetic, physical, circulatory and lymphatic. It is a real cure-all for our body, that improves in all respects, including our mood.
TThe Turkish bath takes its name form the oriental tradition of taking steam baths as a body cleansing ritual, and it has ancient origins.
The basic principle is the opposite of the sauna, because the treatment takes place in a room with a very high humidity.
There are many benefits in a Turkish bath, both from an aesthetic as well as a psychophysical point of view. It improves the systemic circulation thanks to the dilation of blood vessels; it helps a deep cleaning and cleansing of the skin; has an invigorating effect on the nervous system; reduces stress; relaxes the muscles; relieves rheumatic pains and insomnia
Sauna provide wellbeing to the body through heat, that eliminates toxins and skin waste, improving transpiration.
It helps reduce excessive liquids and improves systemic circulation. It also helps reduce muscle fatigue and has a calming effect on nerve endings. Immediately after exiting the sauna, you are encouraged to take an ice bath.
Salt rooms reproduce the healthy sea air. Made with Himalayan pink salt, these rooms are completely covered in salt.
The small parts of sea salt that enter into the respiratory tract reduce inflammation to mucous membranes, helping to thin mucus and free the bronchial tubes. Salt rooms are also helpful for skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, etc. Finally, they help relax the nervous system by reducing stress.
